About Johnny N. Helenbolt

Johnny Helenbolt's practice areas, include: Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts); Business Formation/Operations (LLC & Corporate); and Probate and Trust Administration. The firm of Duffield Adamson & Helenbolt, P.C. is the ultimate successor to the firm of Spaid, Fish, Briney & Duffield, established in 1963. Over the years the firm shifted its focus to estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate, and contracts and business formation. In 1972 the firm established a full service office in Green Valley, Arizona, a retirement community approximately 45 minutes away from Tucson. Five of the firm's attorneys continue to service that office. Johnny is a long time Tucsonan and is actively involved in the Tucson community, including volunteering his time and fundraising as a member of the Centurions.
