About Oscar Lizardi

Attorney Oscar Lizardi has over 24 years of corporate and transactional law experience representing large corporations, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of business transactions. Mr. Lizardi’s undergraduate degree in finance from Arizona State University provides him with a deeper understanding of his clients’ business objectives when handling their legal matters. As a corporate and commercial transactional lawyer, his philosophy and goal is to contribute to the commercial and financial success of his clients while at the same time mitigating their exposure to commercial liability.
